Your tasks:

› You are part of a project team and drive projects of varied complexity and definition to an excellent design level.
› Within creation phases you visualize and model your ideas – from creation to market launch.
› You independently develop sophisticated design concepts for a wide range of products, from research to manufacturing.
› Together with the strategy team, you develop differentiated concepts thriving for enthusiasm.
› You lead, inspire and coach the project members of a team.
› You lead and supervise medium- to complex projects: Planning and management of resources, budget, time and quality objectives.
› You present concepts to the customers.
› You support our clients and ensure expanding customer relations.

Your skills:

› You have successfully achieved a degree in product design (or a comparable degree) and at least 4-5 years of professional experience in an internationally working design agency.
› You think beyond standard solutions and have an eye for creative details and subtleties as well as for the overall context.
› You have sufficient experience regarding project realization and project management.
› You know about current trends in various design disciplines and dispose of a particularly keen sense of formal flair.
› You have excellent communication and presentation skills accompanied by an outgoing way of communicating to inspire our clients.
› You are able to identify customer needs and to develop innovative, efficient solutions.
› You know about the requirements of material appropriate and manufacturing specific design.
› You cope with tools to transfer your ideas efficiently into sketches, renderings or 3D-models (Adobe CS3, Rhino and/or Solid Works).
› You are able to successfully manage your team and also to coach and motivate less experienced colleagues.
› You dispose of a distinct time and self-management and you are interested in working in a multidisciplinary team.
› Fluent in German and English in speech and writing, other languages are a plus.
